room for short-term rent (6 months) in Tampines Street 32, East Singapore for sale

Hi,
I have a room to rent. You will be living with a local Singapore family with 2 dogs. The place is in Tampines neighbourhood. It is a quiet place with running track and bus stop to nearest Tampines MRT station just within 2 minutes walk. The place is also a 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket & food courts. You can buy anything you need within a short walk.
The room is fully furnished but with no aircon. Fan will be provided. Wifi provided, you can use kitchen to cook your own food and washing machine for laundry.
I am looking to rent for 6 months only as I am leaving Singapore for half a year. rental fee is negotiable.
